Welcome to CoMStudio, a service provided by CoMStudio OÜ, an Estonian company registered at Tallinn, Lasnamäe linnaosa, Lõõtsa tn 5, 11415 ('Company,' 'we,' 'us,' or 'our'). These Terms and Conditions ('Terms') govern your use of our services, available at https://comstud.io ('Service'). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

• - You must be at least 18 years old or have legal parental/guardian consent to use our Service.
• - Registration requires authentication via Google, Microsoft, GitHub, or Apple. Future options will include passkeys and enterprise SSO.
• - You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and ensuring account security.

• - All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including but not limited to its software, functionality, design, branding, logos, trademarks, and any related content (excluding user-generated content), are the exclusive property of CoMStudio OÜ.
• - Users retain ownership of any content they create or upload to the Service but grant CoMStudio OÜ a limited license to store, process, and display their content for operational purposes.

• - To use the Service beyond the free limit, users must provide a valid payment method. Payments are processed securely via Paddle.
• - Users can request a refund within 14 days upon account/workspace closure. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

• Users may not:
• - Overload or disrupt our servers (DDoS, excessive API calls, abuse).
• - Use automated scripts or bots to bypass limits.
• - Engage in illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities using the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Estonia unless otherwise required by applicable law.
